5 Item Upgrade Tips From The Pros

5 Item Upgrade Tips From The Pros

Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to buy a new item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not affect the item's longevity. It's a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are numerous methods to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can place an item to be upgraded, while the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounted prices.

item upgrades  are a form of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Upgrades to items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of the item and the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
